sargent is an sms/imessage nutrition coach. we collect only what we need to do that job.

• phone number — hashed on the way in and never stored in plaintext.
• messages you send us (text + photos you choose to share for macro estimation).
• profile facts you tell us: sex, age, height, weight, goal, activity level.
• meals, workouts, and weigh-ins you log.

we use this data only to coach you. we never sell it.

your controls

• reply STOP to unsubscribe — we will not message you again.
• reply HELP for contact info.
• reply DELETE MY DATA and we'll anonymize your identifiers and disable scheduled messages.

third parties

anthropic (claude) powers the coaching model. stripe processes billing. posthog receives product analytics events. linq delivers our messages over imessage/sms.
